As an Associate Wireless Engineer you will be responsible for troubleshooting the customers LAN and Wireless infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting of switching and wireless equipment needed to supply connectivity to all areas of the site. The wireless engineer will have to work closely with the support team and the customer in order to ensure that the problem has been resolved.  The role might include oversight of staging/configuration team, which is in place to stage and configure all switches and wireless equipment in preparation processes. This position’s working hours will be 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday.This is a full time opportunity that will require travel throughout the Chicagoland area.

  Sentinel is currently seeking a highly motived Data Center Engineer to join our support team for a later 2nd shift opportunity. The Data Center Engineer will be involved in all aspects regarding the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Data Center technologies. You will be working with the National Support team to install, configure, troubleshoot, support and repair Data Center technologies. Those technologies include compute, storage, virtualization, server OS and server software technologies. You will manage incidents and requests assigned to the team/personal queue within the established SLA. Vendor and service provider case management.
