Sentinel is looking for a driven and experienced IT Sales professional to join our team based in Tempe, AZ. If you have a strong track record of selling IT solutions—especially within the greater Phoenix area, this is your opportunity to take your success to the next level. Work Environment:

  • Office-based collaboration every Monday for team synergy and strategy
  • Remote flexibility Tuesday through Friday when not meeting clients on-site

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of proven success in a sales role, preferably within the IT or managed services industry
  • Familiarity with the Arizona or Colorado market is beneficial
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative without constant oversight
  • Experience selling IT infrastructure, managed services, or related technology solutions is highly preferred
  • Skilled at building and maintaining long-term client relationships through trust and consistent value delivery
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and developing new business
  • Proven ability to close deals using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven professional with exceptional prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Must have reliable transportation, as the role involves travel to client sites and occasional equipment transport
  • A valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance are required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
  • Positive, adaptable, and proactive “can-do” attitude essential for success in a fast-paced environment
