We are seeking a seasoned ERP Integration Team Lead to drive the daily operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our client’s enterprise systems. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, managing data integrations, configuring system settings, overseeing upgrades, and leading issue resolution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background and a collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally with business units to align ERP capabilities with evolving organizational goals. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines system expertise with team guidance to support long-term scalability and performance. This is a full time/direct hire opportunity reporting onsite in Carol Stream, IL Monday-Friday.

Requirements:

• 5+ years leading or implementing Dynamics 365 (CE or F&O) solutions
• 3+ years of API / ETL integration experience
• Experience leading small teams or vendor collaborators
• ERP data migration and system configuration expertise
• PMP or equivalent project management experience

Technical skills in the following:

• • Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Automate, Dataverse)
  • Azure Functions, REST/Graph APIs, JSON/XML
  • SQL, C#, PowerShell or TypeScript
  • Salesforce, SOQL, QuickBooks, Site Tracker
  • System performance, user access control, security monitoring
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

Compensation Range: 

$110,000-$130,000 a year
