As a Traveling Help Desk Agent, you will provide technical support services, project tracking, and documentation for a major ERP roll out to the staff of one of our major customers. You will fly to the various nationwide locations to deploy replace and/or repair computers, printers, scanners and RF guns. The candidate must be resourceful, have excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve computer and network problems, be able to communicates effectively and exercise good judgment to ensure that network policies, security, and stability are maintained when supporting the network. When you are not traveling to a client site you will have the ability to work remote. This is a year + contract opportunity.

Compensation Range:
$30.00 to $35.00 per hour
