Sentinel is looking for a Help Desk/ Systems Administrator for one of our clients. In this role, you'll be at the frontline of their IT support team, assisting their colleagues with technical issues, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring their systems run smoothly and our team stays productive. This is a full time opportunity, reporting onsite at our client location in Vernon Hills, IL.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent with 2+ years of experience
  • Experience troubleshooting PC software and hardware issues
  • Experience troubleshooting network and security issues
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
  • NetSuite experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 40lbs unassisted (desktop computers and other devices)
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
