One of Sentinel’s strategic partners is seeking an experienced Infrastructure System Engineer. You will be responsible for infrastructure technology, strategy, architecture and management, as well as overall maintenance and technical operations of secure and highly available computing platforms and technologies. Additionally, you will be a member of cross-functional team including IT Operations, Applications, Cybersecurity – Risk & Compliance. The enterprise infrastructure focuses will include servers, virtualization, databases, storage, backup and data recovery, network, client, virtual desktops, and automation technologies, among others. This is a long-term contract position located in Auburn Hills, MI.

• 5-10 years of experience is required
• Must have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Suite of Applications and Services: M365, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams
• Must have experience in Cisco Suite of Applications and Networking Services
• Must have experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems
• Conferring with remote Advanced Engineering SME’s about solving existing system problems is required
• Should be able to provide on-the-job training (via shadowing) to Service Desk
• Should be able to produce up-to-date records of clients’ networks as they grow
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
