Sentinel is seeking an experienced IT Administrator for our client located in Charlotte, NC. Your experience will have prepared you for supporting an international IT environment to include systems and application administration. You will act as the primary point of contact for support and guidance. This is a direct hire opportunity requiring onsite work in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology – systems, networking and applications
  • Hands-on System experience with Windows server, VMWare, Linux and Active Directory      
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills related to IT support is required
  • Administrative experience with SharePoint is preferred.
  • Experience with support and administration of networking devices to include routers, switches and firewalls is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of endpoint and security management is preferred
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST and CMMC
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Flexibility to meet department needs for cutovers or unique needs
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between locations
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
