Sentinel Technologies is looking to add a Business Analyst reporting to our Senior Vice President of NetSuite Operations. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in an organization by liaising between IT teams and business stakeholders regarding our NetSuite platform. Your primary responsibility is to use data analytics to comprehend corporate procedures, spot potential for development, and create plans to maximize production and efficiency for our NetSuite platform. This position is a hybrid role reporting to our Downers Grove, IL headquarters.

Qualifications

  • Primary contact for Support Tickets. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for NetSuite related issues.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite ERP workflow and functionality of processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any technical issues or errors that may arise in the NetSuite system promptly.
  • Perform integrity testing of system upgrades and development releases prior to migration to Production.
  • Assist in the development of dashboards and operational reports to provide insight for teams, managers and executives.
  • Proficient with saved searches, formulas, reporting, dashboards, custom fields and forms.
  • Contribute to Development and onboarding materials and processes as needed.
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

  • Stay updated on the latest NetSuite industry trends, best practices, and advancements.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments.
  • Utilize tools provided (NetSuite Action Items) / (ServiceNow Case Management).
  • Manage and complete priorities, solve problems quickly and work independently.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Onsite when required – position reports to our Downers Grove, IL Office.
