Sentinel Technologies is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Agent to join our dynamic team of IT professionals. As a Helpdesk Agent, you will be responsible for supporting end users on the phone and resolving their issues. You will be providing customer service and technical support, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365, Windows 7/10, and Active Directory. This is a 'Hybrid' position that requires you to be in the office 3 days a week, preferably - Monday, Wednesday, Friday. This position is in Downers Grove, IL.

Qualifications

  • 5 plus years’ experience in Helpdesk
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 and Active Directory
  • Experience with DNS and DHCP
  • Able to do on-call rotation
  • Experience with Apple iMac and MacBook devices is required
  • Experience with Apple IOS and Android OS is required
  • Experience with mobile devices (iPhone and Android) is required
  • Basic understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication is required
  • Patching experience is required
  • Reimaging experience required
  • Experience with Google G-Suite is a plus
  • SCCM certifications is a plus
  • Microsoft / Azure certifications is a plus
  • Kaseya experience is preferred
  • Experience with JAMF is preferred
  • Multi-factor authentication, G-Suite, or Apple iOS is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish language is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a plus
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
