As a Helpdesk Agent, you will be responsible for supporting end users on the phone and resolving their issues. You will be providing customer service and technical support, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365, Windows 7/10, and Active Directory. This position is full onsite in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Qualifications

  • 5 plus years’ experience in Helpdesk
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 and Active Directory
  • Experience with DNS and DHCP
  • A+ certification is required
  • SCCM certifications is a plus
  • Microsoft / Azure certifications is a plus
  • Kaseya experience is preferred
  • Experience with JAMF is preferred
  • Patching experience is required
  • Reimaging experience required
  • High level of knowledge in bug fixes, software/hardware updates, network, and server administration
  • Multi-factor authentication, G-Suite, or Apple iOS is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish language is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a plus
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

Compensation Range: $55,000 – $70,000/annually
