Sentinel is seeking a motivated individual to join us for a summer internship in our Human Resources Department.  You will use your education gained to date and support our HR initiatives while working on projects for the team. We offer full support to our interns from our teams with shadowing and guidance allowing you the opportunity to learn and focus on job and skill discoveries. You will be an integral part in developing and sharpening our job descriptions and assisting with onboarding while also engaging with internal staff and vendors. This internship is based out of our office located in Downers Grove, IL.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
• Fundamental understanding of Human Resource principles
• Excellent communication skills to work with all levels of the organization
• Ability to articulate complex ideas and tasks into easily digestible information
• Clear and concise writing ability
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
