Level 2 Help Desk Agent
Sentinel is seeking an experienced Level 2 Help Desk Agent to join our client. In this role, you will be providing level 1 and 2 user support working in a variety of areas including phone systems, network connectivity, Microsoft Suite, and deploying images using provided scripts. The ideal candidate will be very customer focused and be able to follow standard operating procedures.This is a contract opportunity located in Deerfield, IL.
