    Responsibilities

    System Administrator

    Sentinel is seeking a System Administrator to work for our Client. This individual will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all aspects of the firm’s hardware, software and related infrastructure. This individual will assist various teams within the organization to ensure smooth day-to-day functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, structured & organized approach, and be Customer Service oriented. This is a 6 month contract to hire position located in Southfield MI.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years’ experience providing technical support
    • Experience creating User ID’s with Active Directory
    • Experience with windows 7/10
    • Experience working with MS Office Suite
    • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in troubleshooting hardware on a PC
    • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting Mac devices, PC’s, Laptops, Phones, etc.
    • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
    • Must be currently working in a similar position
    • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
