Desktop Support Agent

As a Desktop Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing technical support for one of our major clients. This will require both troubleshooting and repairing of desktop and laptop hardware. This is a full time opportunity located in Chicago, IL.


  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • A+ certification required
  • Experience with re-imaging software a must, SCCM preferred
  • Excellent experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must be currently working in a similar position
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
