    Responsibilities

    Cyber Security Services, Manager

    Sentinel is seeking a Cyber Security Services, Manager to join our team.  This position will be a key leadership position for one of Sentinel’s largest growth areas and have direct focus on building the operation as we grow our customer base.  It will focus on creating new business offerings and adaptation of existing offerings to a unified delivery methodology through the organization.  You will also be charged with day to day management of engineering team responsible for Sentinel security operations center incident response, task prioritization of engineering and development staff, customer satisfaction and problem resolution, team building, management of vendors both from a manufacturer and third-party partners, new onboarding of customer workloads, operations of running the SECaaS infrastructure, and financial/new deal approvals. Also you will be charged as the subject matter expert in strategic sales opportunities when required.  This individual will manage a team of dedicated engineers as well as additional hires as needed to support the workload and development needs of the department.  This position is located in Downers Grove, IL.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in the network security area, with complete understanding of a full solution set
    • Previous experience in an architecture or engineering role
    • Understanding of managed service offerings
    • Understanding of ticket management and project management
    • Demonstrate the ability to build a business offering and go to market strategy
    • Strong ITIL framework and background
    • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
    • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
    • Must be currently working in a similar position
    • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
