Responsibilities

Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter at Sentinel Technologies, you will have the unique opportunity to work on corporate and staffing engagements concurrently.  You will work with our internal management team, our sales team and our client base to use your skills to find the perfect candidates to fill each open job order.  This position requires experience working in a staffing environment, knowledge in the full recruitment lifecycle and the ability to build relationships with candidates to take them through our process from start to finish.  Apply today to join our recruitment team that offers quarterly bonus plans and an uncapped commission structure.  This is a full time position located in our Downers Grove, IL corporate headquarters.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience recruiting experience.
  • Ability to work on multiple open requirements at one time (mixture of corporate and staffing roles), prioritize and communicate progress on each on a regular basis.
  • Ability to establish, build and maintain relationships with candidates
  • Must have excellent follow up skills in communicating with candidates, sales teams and management teams.
  • Experience working with an ATS system, preferably iCIMS.
  • Must have a high sense of urgency to fill open jobs quickly
  • Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must be currently working in a similar position
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
