Responsibilities

VOIP Systems Administrator  

Sentinel is seeking a VOIP Systems Administrator. This role will work within their specific discipline to provide advanced services. Disciplines include Call Center and VOIP enterprise infrastructure management. The VOIP Systems Administrator will apply industry best practices, clear written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help mitigate, identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of VOIP systems investments.

Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years of experience providing VOIP support in an enterprise and call center environment
  • Strong experience and working knowledge of SIP, VOIP, and PSTN technologies
  • Strong experience administering and troubleshooting Cisco UCM
  • Effective written and verbal communications
  • Excellent knowledge of Active Directory and MS Server 2008 or higher
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must be currently working in a similar position
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
