Responsibilities

Staffing Sales Executive

The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business and potential target clients through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, scheduling meetings and relationship building to grow account base. The primary market that will be targeted will be IT Staffing services. The ideal candidate should have specific experience selling Staffing Solutions, or a Full-Desk Recruiter looking to transition into the Staffing Sales realm. There are no territory restrictions and new business development is the main focus. The Staffing Sales Executive will partner with the recruiting team to drive results and manage client relationships. This is a Full Time Position in Downers Grove, IL.

Qualifications

  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding consultative opportunities
  • Prospect for new business within all vertical industries
  • 1 to 3 years of Staffing Sales experience preferred
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest
  • Place outbound calls to solicit Staffing services, pursuing both warm and cold accounts.
  • Build a client base of qualified leads. Maintain minimum performance standards and increase pipeline for staffing
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must be currently working in a similar position
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
