Responsibilities

IT Support Specialist

Sentinel is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join one of our clients. This role will be troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy and quality. This is a direct hire opportunity located in Melrose Park, IL.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate IT Support environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Good understanding of MS Office, Windows OS, Active Directory and File and Print Servers
  • Basic knowledge in Cisco networking equipment and VMware Server is a plus
  • Associates degree is a must, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
