As a paid intern in our recruiting department, you will be responsible to assist with database maintenance, sourcing and screening candidates that fit open positions. You will work hand in hand with our experienced recruiting team to understand sourcing techniques, how to identify candidates for open opportunities and the best practices for the full recruitment life cycle. This is a part time position during the school year with the ability to continue during winter and summer breaks. Candidates must be able to work onsite at our location in Downers Grove, IL.
