Responsibilities

Project Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team! This role will be a blend of project management and technical coordination. It will require organization skills and good communication to ensure the Program’s deployment goals are met within the established timelines. This involves collaborating with various internal teams and third-party vendor partners to provide the customer with an excellent onboarding experience. This is a long-term contract opportunity located in Phoenix, Arizona.

Qualifications

  • Project management skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues
  • Coordinate with vendors, general contractors, owners, and installers to facilitate delivery of on time and on budget projects
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to project teams and stake holders
  • Track and manage change notices and change orders
  • Must be open to some travel
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must be currently working in a similar position
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
