Operations Center Technician
Sentinel is seeking an Operations Center Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a premiere company and grow your career. As an OC technician, you are a part of the operations in a 24X7 Network Operations Center, monitoring customers' production systems. As an OC Technician, you will be responsible for; providing support to client operations, communicating via phone, e-mail, and ticketing systems with customers and technicians, and troubleshooting and escalating trouble tickets as needed. Candidates will need to pass a typing test to be considered for this position. This position is first shift, 7AM-7PM three days a week. This is a contract to hire opportunity located in Downers Grove, IL.
