Responsibilities

Job Description:      

 

Monitor, install, troubleshoot, support, and repair Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Call Manager Express (CME), Cisco Unity Express (CUE), and Cisco Emergency Responder (CER); provide support throughout the incident management process; analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and requests for business applications utilizing TranslatorX, Wireshark, Real Time Monitoring, and Unity Port Status Monitor; prioritize incidents and change requests based on defined criteria and service level agreements to ensure effective communication with the customer on incident status; configure and troubleshoot FXO, FXS, and ISDN PRI voice interfaces; provide consultation and support for Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Service(QoS) for VoIP, and Cisco ISR Routers Voice Troubleshooting and Replacement; develop and document work procedures and troubleshooting guidelines; create departmental status reports; and participate in technology projects and quality assurance testing.

 

Qualifications

 

Other Job Requirements:

 

Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or foreign equivalent and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a substantially similar position; or alternatively, must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or foreign equivalent and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a substantially similar position.
