Responsibilities

Cisco Voice Engineer

We are currently seeking a Cisco Engineer for one of our clients. This position will involve all aspects regarding the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Call Manager, Unity, UCCE/UCCX IP phones. You will be responsible for data collection and customer interaction to ensure successful migrations are completed. This Cisco Engineer will be accountable for reviewing, auditing and approving deployments. The ideal candidate should have an extensive Call Manager background and possess strong communication skills. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity located in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of experience in network development and IP management
  • 5+ years of experience with Call Manager (version10.x), Unity and UCCX
  • Strong understanding of end to end service development from pre-concept to operational support
  • Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with remote monitoring tools
  • CCNA or CCNP preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must be currently working in a similar position
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
